Gestalt

All though there were no Gestalt Artist, Gestalt Pshchology greatly influenced

the Bauhaus School of Design and the whole Modern art movement.

Max Wertheimer, who taught at the Bauhaus, published "Theory of Form" in 1923 and

among the students who was aware of Wertheimer's work, Paul Klee, Joseph Albers,

Moholy-Nagy, Wassily Kandinsky. Rudolf Arnheim visited Bauhaus in 1927 and he went on

publish "Art and Visual Preception" one of the most influencial books for the Artist.
